What’s your return policy?

At PRVNT-LA, we want you to experiment with new items and hope that you love them. However, we know that not every product is a perfect fit for everyone. We accept returns on items purchased from www.prvnt-la.com within 30 days purchase. The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Special orders, perishable items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
• PRVNT-LA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team here with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply contact us here and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you place your return. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 10-14 days to process your return.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
